UPDATE ON PAYMENT OF ACCEPTANCE FEE AND CLEARANCE

When you generate your invoice,look out for the Remita Retrieval Reference Nunmber on your invoice. That is what the bank is meant to use, not Invoice Number.
Secondly, the payment should be done through the Remita Payment Platform, not e-Tranzact. Please take not of these changes to avoid confusion when you get to the bank to make payment.

ON CLEARANCE:
According to the announcement from the university authority, the venue for clearance is Ekpo Convocation Arena. Since there is no specification for students who are meant to resume at UNEC, this may mean that all freshmen are to come to Nsukka Campus for their clearance. If there is any change or update on this, you will be promptly informed. For now, this is

the information we have.
Also, the university has released the required documentation for clearance for the 2015/2016 Academic Session and they are as follows:

1. O' LEVEL RESULT
2. JAMB ADMISSION LETTER
3. UTME RESULT SLIP
4. PUTME RESULT SLIP
5. ADVERT/SHOPPING FORM (for those who will be admitted via supplementartist)
6. BIRTH CERTIFICATE/AFFIDAVIT
7. ADMISSION NOTIFICATION SLIP
8. STUDENT'S PROFILE/BIODATA FORM
9. LETTER OF ATTESTATION (from parent/guardian)
10. ACCEPTANCE FORM (which you filled before printing your admission letter)
11. ADMISSION LETTER (printed after you filled your acceptance form)
12. LETTER OF UNDERTAKING
13. FEES RECEIPT (acceptance fee, school fee, accommodation fee, laptop fee, etc)
14. FULL CLEARANCE FORM
15. PROVISIONAL CLEARANCE FORM

Please note:
1. I am not sure what 14 and 15 mean but I will try and find out, and inform you in subsequent posts.
2. No. 13 clearly shows that school fees must be paid before clearance. Thus, you are encouraged to pay your school fees before going to Ekpo Convocation Arena for your clearance.
