LETTER TO AGU CHRIS(Former SUG PRESIDENT UNN)

Sir, to who brain is given, sense is expected, and to my suprise, tho always expected, you have failed not only to exhibit such, but also to fine tune your failure in office by finding faults where there is none. Students Unionism on Campus is just at its early stage after the upliftment of the ban. Your administration ended up parading the whole 365 days down the line of complacency, share ignorance and lack of dedication. Without being told, one can pin point a "people" who were out to milk-up till their pockets are filled. Not even a Union Vehicle, An office, students welfare or even the social life...as we all saw how a mess the send off party of the former vc (prof. Batho Okolo) was, all thanks to your so called "able" government. The loud noise you made about shuttle price? Ka okonkwo gachara army, kedu ebe boot ya di? What has become of an agreement without permanence? Why was there no rigid agreement Mr former President. Agu, how about the ability of a leader to address his people with a loud command of words? You failed! We never heard from you. Chris, the food price was never stable, never general and was never implemented. What happnd to Light? Water? Security and students social life? What about association with fellow comrades in our sister Universities?
Your execellency sir, forgive me but you were a full blown failure in office, you represented nothing absolutely. Do I remind you of the day you stepped up to speak before students gathered for our manifesto, you were loudly booed out of the stage...WHAT A SHAME! Without sounding any insulting, I would quickly remind you of Christ, how he sufferd to make things better to a point of giving up..."If anyone is ready to lead, he must be ready to become a servant", oga, you ignored this with glaring arrogance and mild pride. Remind me if am wrong, the present regime led by Comr. Orji Peter Ekene has done a lot with nothing...and most importantly are student friendly, I would not waste time to outline, ask and get told. Here you are boasting of haven empowered senator Abah Joseph, comr. Love Nebo and co, Nwokem, they walked themselves into the corridors of that acheivement as goal getters that they are, Do I write you an essay about Abah Josephs doggedness or Love Nebos abilities? ‪#Laughs‬...you just sounded like a hijacker. Many shows held even without your consent and you did nothing, here you go saying "I was beggd for shows to hold" how many shows sef? UNN chef competition sent you parking at the entrance to the venue. UNN Kings and Queens Forum shut you up because of their financial bouyancy, will the Union Host Mr and Miss UNN with a budget that's been withheld for ages? Till then, who has what it takes, should make the students feel at home.
Finally sir, I respect your unfortunate wisdom and pray that you sleep over your words before boasting and beating your chest hard when you barely stood behind the war front only to glorify yourself as a "heroe by observation". Fight the administration we won't, our great encouraging dean keeps saying it "I beliv in dialogue over war" Prof. Akah, much respect sir. While we protect the interest of Nigerian students, we wount do so by endangering their lives, ask of the last riot and get back to me. War is only the last resort. Take a chill pill and try graduating.
Rome was never built in a day!!!
Comr. Ugwuoju Henry C.
Director of Socials SUG UNN
