FREE WATER IN UNEC

This administration promised free water in UNEC and by next week, this
promise will be a reality. It will be a welcome development that will
free UNEC students from the monopolistic control of water vendors and
also save them some funds. This administration is focused on improving
the students welfare in a comprehensive manner and provision of free
water is surely a grand and sure step in the right direction.
