ALCOHOL BANNED IN UNEC

Information getting to Lionspot is that a circular was sent from the
Office of the Dean of Students' Affairs to all shops in UNEC to
abstain from selling, storing or dealing in alcoholic products within
the school premises. What is uncertain at this moment is the reason
behind this latest development.
Also, it is reported that the makeshift shops (including Success Super
Mart) built around Coscharis Walkway will be demolished for better
shops that would be aesthetically better to be built and also that a
new hostel is proposed to be built beside Anatomy Department.
We at Lionspot now wonder how student politicians are going to
campaign without green bottles. Perhaps, SK can serve as a substitute
to get them to their various high positions.
