MAN VEX THY SELF

In the deepest recesses of my strident soul, knowledge has at last come to me on matters relating to vexation. Out of this intimate comprehension I assert that no one is capable of making another angry . This is because anger is an emotion triggered by external factors, however it is the perception of this factors that results to what we call anger. Thus if the mind perceives an external factor as incapable of  immediate provocation ,anger does not result. If the mind's perception of the "annoying factors" is the determinant of anger. It is then unarguable that it is ultimately one who angers himself rather than another for it is his perception(he does the last act) that results in such vexatious consequences as are often seen when a reasonable is pushed beyond tolerance limits. This merely reiterates the unequivocal truth that we are our own worst enemies. To live a complete life one must learn to deal with ones self. For in life our most intricate problems and challenges come from us and our varying perceptions.
