THE UNEC SUG WELFARE OFFICER, ROTR. EZICHI-IKO SET TO DELIVER

The Unec Welfare officer, Rotr. Ezichi-Iko has made his promise of good water supply a reality as he, in association with the SUG president has made tremendous strides in that regard as free water was made available in the SUG tank. He promises that this supply will not be a once-in-a-while act but shall be consistenet.

Correspondents report that he and the SUG president are discussing with water vendors on ways to reduce the price of water to 20 naira for 25 litre gallons and 10 naira for buckets. They shall come up with a compromise on Thursday.

In line with his promises to reduce prices of goods, the Sug welfare officer has unequivocally instructed the provision vendors in Kenneth Dike Hostel known as "Aquarium" to sell drinks like La Casera and Viju Milk at the price of 100 naira.

He expressed his anger over the exorbitant prices at which food vendors in UNEC sell and promised that by Tomorrow, his business with Aquarium will bear fruits and take effect subsequently.
