The Directors of Easy Africa Online Store Limited (Company) are pleased to offer the General Public an opportunity to participate in its Shares Purchase Plan. The Plan allows eligible members of the public from Nigeria to purchase up to N10,000,000.00 worth of fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, free from brokerage and commissions.
Members of the public may apply for any variables of choice with a minimum of N500,000 (50,000 Shares), N1,000,000 (100,000 Shares), N2,000,000 (200,000 Shares), N5,000,000 (500,000 Shares) and N10,000,000 (100,000 Shares).
The Objects for which the Company is established are:
(a) To carry on the business of online shopping, investment, affiliate marketing, blogging, online retail, store, electronic commerce, trading, online market places for the sales of general goods and Services through the provision of online platforms as well as online shopping and communication.
(b) To develop, organize and promote community and business-based online platforms for marketing of diverse products including online services, innovative products, to fill the local gaps, software and hardware products, educational materials, electronic gadgets. To promote social online programs including online meeting places for relational interactions.
(c) To carry on any Trade or business whatsoever which in the opinion of the Board of Directors, can be advantageously carried on by the company in connection to any of the above business or the general business of the Company..
(d) To carry on business of suppliers of Services of all kinds, and as dealers in intangible assets of every description.
(e) To buy, sell, export, import, prepare for market and deal in all kinds of goods (whether or not manufactured in whole or in part) and raw materials in any part of the world, generally to carry on the business of general merchants and industrialist and distributors of materials of all kinds and description and to engage in procurement services.
(f) To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
4. The Share capital of the Company is N10,000,000.00
