OLAM PRIZE FOR INNOVATION IN FOOD SECURITY WORTH 50,000USD

Dear Lions and Lionesses, Global Agri-business firm, OLAM in conjunction with Agropolis Foundation calls for application from scientific research projects aimed at revolutionizing the agricultural industry.
Applications are welcomed from any of the following areas of concentration:

·         Innovative scientific research projects with achieved or potential impact on the availability, affordability, accessibility and adequacy of food

·         Research projects in nutrition science, plant science, soil science, agricultural sciences or other field of scientific research impacting food security

·         Academic or research institutions, civil society organisations and the private sector

·         Research on any part of agricultural supply chains, based anywhere in the world.

The winner will receive US$50,000 unrestricted funding to support the research project's further development. The Olam Prize will be judged and awarded by an independent panel of experts in conjunction with the Agropolis Louis Malassis International Scientific Prizes for Agriculture and Food.
