STEPS ON HOW TO DO YOUR FINAL CLEARANCE:

STEP(optional); Department clearance.
STEP 1: Library clearance
STEP 2: Fee clearance
STEP 3: Alumni clearance
STEP 4: Student affairs clearance
STEP 5: Security clearance
STEP 6 : Payment of Convocation fee at any bank through draft, then
change the teller at the Busary Department opposite UNN Press
STEP 7: Audit clearance behind PAA
STEP 8 : Faculty clearance
FINAL STEP 9: Collection of Certificate with stamped audit receipts
and faculty dues receipts at the Faculty.
Please note that not all departments do clearance at the departmental
level. Thus we have termed it "optional". If your department does,
then you must add it to your list.
