Application for the MR. EMMANUEL CHUKWUKA UKALA (SAN) SCHOLARSHIP FUND
is now open. Submission of application is due to close on Monday, 30th
November, 2015. So hurry up while you have the chance.
According to a letter signed by the secretary to the Committee for the
Administration of the Scholarship, Aneke Stephen, with copies sent to
faculties and departments, this application is open strictly to
indigent students of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka who have proofs
of their claims.
The application is expected to strictly contain the following
information in the order stated below:
Name of Student
Discipline
Department
Registration Number
Phone Number
Permanent Home Address
Name, Address and Phone number of Traditional Ruler or President of Town Union
Name, Address and Phone number of Religious head
Local Government Area
State of Origin
Nationality
Information on the student's parents (Not sponsor or guardian) is also
vital for qualification for this fund as follows:
Name of Parents
Home Address
Phone Numbers
Occupation
Place of work (if retired or deceased, kindly state address, date and
last place of service, where applicable)
