POSTPONEMENT OF FASA WEEK

This is to announce to all that The FASA Week scheduled to hold from tomorrow, Monday, 13th July, 2015 has been postponed. The FASA Week will now hold from Monday, 20th to Sunday, 26th July, 2015 as follows:

*Monday 20th: Video Poesy Show/Interactive Session
Time: 2:00pm
Venue: New Art Lecture Hall
Dress Code: Old/High School

*Tuesday 21st: Manifesto
Time: 2pm
Venue: New Art Lecture Hall
Dress Code: Cooperate

*Wednesday 22nd: Election
Venue: New Art Lecture Hall
N.B: Accreditation starts at 8:00am and ends at 12:00noon while voting commences immediately.
Dress Code; Colour Riot

*Thursday 23rd: Cultural Day
Venue: Music Department Lawn
Time: 12:00noon
Dress Code: Cultural Wear of the Tribe or State Represented by your Department

*Friday 24th: FASA Night/Final Year Dinner
Time: 8;00pm
Venue: New Art Lecture Hall

*Sunday 26th: FASA Thanksgiving
Venue: St.Peter's Chaplaincy, UNN
Time: 7:45am

Note that there will be photo section for each day at the quadrangle at 12:00pm.

DETAILED FASA ELECTIONS TIMETABLE:
*Sales of form for the election has started and will end on Wednesday 15th July, 2015.

SCREENING:
*Thursday 16th, July 2015
Venue: Music Department Annex Hall
Time: 3:00pm

ELECTION:
*Wednesday 22nd, 2015
Venue: New Art Lecture Hall
Accreditation - 8:00am to 12:00noon
Voting - 12:00 noon prompt
Dress Code; Colour Riot

Please avail yourself and partake in all the events. FASA is our own so let's do it like it's ours. FASA sets the pace others follow.

I also suggest all white as dress code for the finalists for the dinner.

Remember your FASA receipt is your voter's card without which you cannot vote and there will be no payment at the hall. All payments should be made on or before 12:00noon on Tuesday 22nd, 2015.
Also, please remember FASA Congress tomorrow, Monday, 13th July, 2015 by 2pm at The New Art Lecture Hall as we discuss the following:
- Journey so far for this administration
-FASA Week
-FASA Dues
-Election
-AOB.
